This great commuter bike is built around the same quality frame as the our other Breezer Town bikes. Once you take a ride, the Citizen will quickly become your vehicle of choice. Simplicity and value are the Citizen's strengths. It comes with Shimano's Nexus 3-speed internally geared hub, which features the same super-easy twist shifting, clean lines, and low maintenance as Shimano Nexus 7 and 8 speed hubs.
The Citizen shares many of the features of the Uptown 8 and Villager with a few less speeds, making them all great city bikes. For your riding pleasure, a suspension seatpost helps smooth the bumps, making this another true comfort bicycle. You'll appreciate the cotton mesh saddle when you park in the sun. When it is time to brake, your hands will be comfortable with the rubber lined brake levers - a nice touch in both hot and cold weather. For carrying your belongings, the Citizen comes with the same spacious rear carrier and protective fenders as the Villager, Uptown 8 and Range Breezers.
